"My single room was tiny, but the design was so clever and charming that I didn't experience that as a problem.
Service absolutely delightful - I felt completely at home and looked-after. The reception staff were so welcoming and I felt very comfortable sitting in the teeny-weeny lobby doing my work with the street just outside - a world away from the gloomy isolation of a business hotel.
Hope to visit again.

"A good location, with friendly, helpful staff. Room facilies were good, but the room was too small. With 2 people in the room, there was no space at all. As an example, there was only a 250mm space between the washbasin and bed. There was no place for a suitcase except on the floor in front of the door. The price of AUD$160 was too high for such a room. "

Would I stay at this location again: Absolutely!
Comments: My stay for 3 nights in November 2008 was an entirely good experience. As expected, the room was quite small, but had been modernised so imaginatively that, for a single traveller on a short stopover, it was ideal. The staff were among the most cheerful, welcoming and helpful that I have encountered in over 30 years of visiting Singapore. Add to this the perfect location in the heart of Chinatown......what more needs to be said?
