"Service at the reception was not too bad, when i enter the room there was a foul smell and immediately i went to look for where the smell was from, there are some left over rubbish under the working desk, it stinks. The next thing i look into is the toilet bowl which cleanliness is important for me and guess what, i saw some stain.. that really turn me off. Also the shower room glass door could not hold its position, it tend to opens up half way when i am taking my shower and it wet the floor. For me the room can be simple but cleanliness is top priority."

"Appreciate the Breakfast spread to contain more Indian Veg food as can see more Indian Guests and Breakfast coffee shop is small compared."

"Stay in M Hotel very regularly as company have a corporate deal with them. On the many other occassions we stayed and paid ourselves, the hotel still offer good value when compared to other Singaporean 4 star near city area. Location is conveniently close to Tanjong Pagar MRT (5 min walk) and about 15min walk to Lau Pasat (the satay place you always see on tv travel show). Room size can squeeze in third bed without being too cramped. Breakfast's choice and quality of food is very good. Buffet dinner is good value as quality of food is top class, fresh and abundant. Noticed a whole heap of new staff on this stay and they weren't as organised or efficient as the old crew. Level of attention could have been better considering we're gold level members for their FGR program. "

"We were to Batam by ferry after the check-out. This hotel looked most near to the ferry terminal, and could minimize the risks of traffic jam. "

We found the M Hotel experience to be a very good one. Very clean and excellent service. It's location is not a problem as it is an easy walk to the MRT, to Chinatown, and to a nearby food street. The restaurant is excellent and we enjoyed a great breakfast on the 2nd day - I forgot it was included on the first day!! maybe registration staff could have reminded me...
