"The Orchard is in a very good location - close to good shopping, sightseeing, bars & nightlife. I would recommend this hotel to business travelers in particular."

"good hotel in a great central poition in the heart of orchard rd ,i would say this hotel is best for buisness travellers or stopovers of a couple of days . Rooms ok ,staff as you exspect from a busy city hotel ,poolside ok ,best thing about this hotel is location,location."

"I had a very enjoyable stay overnight in this hotel The service at front of house was efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel was very conveniently located to where I wished to stay in Singapore. The staff were polite and efficient. I would recommend to others and will stay here again I think in future trips to Singapore."

"Upon arrival at 1am, we were told that the hotel is overbooked. this is despite the fact that the hotel has our mobile number to inform us ahead of time and that we already paid for the stay in full. I do not know whose gross inefficiency this is but it sure gives a really bad impression. Fortunately, the sister hotel (M hotel)was avialble for the night. We were transferred there and the M staff was helpful and apologetic. whereas Orchard Hotel's staff held firmly on to the fact that this is NOT their fault...giving me the impression if it was ours?? If not for the location and value, it would be a disastrous experience."
