"It was very great when we stay at orchard parade hotel, the location is in the of orchard road, the facilities are very great..the room is very clean, the breakfast menu are good.. We love to go back stay there, of course.."

"Front counter service was very good indeed. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and not robotic in their manner. The dinning room service and food was also very good, and catered for almost everybody. The whole atmosphere of the place was excellent, and I would certainly recommend this hotel for a hassle free and enjoyable stay."

"Perfect location, freindly staff, clean rooms, but my room was next to the lift and very noisy. To his credit the Manager responed to my complaint with a late checkout. I will stay here again."

"Quiet location though a little bit far from the hustle & bustle of Orchard Rd. Nice room but we stayed for two nights and are still puzzled on how to turn off the foyer light. Small breakfast area and breakfast are the same for the two nights we stayed there. Exhaust fan should be installed in the bathroom."
