"Front counter service was very good indeed. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and not robotic in their manner. The dinning room service and food was also very good, and catered for almost everybody.
The whole atmosphere of the place was excellent, and I would certainly recommend this hotel for a hassle free and enjoyable stay."

"Quiet location though a little bit far from the hustle & bustle of Orchard Rd. Nice room but we stayed for two nights and are still puzzled on how to turn off the foyer light. Small breakfast area and breakfast are the same for the two nights we stayed there. Exhaust fan should be installed in the bathroom."

"The high rating is in a small way biased by the desk staff upgrading our room to King size. But I'm sure that all rooms are kept similarly clean and serviced, as we have stayed at the hotel about nine years ago, when they were just as well kept. The rate included breakfasts, which were a good mixture of Asian and Western food. The staff assistance was always prompt and pleasant. Some people may be dissatisfied with the restrictions in water flow for taps and shower, but, coming from southern Australia we live with smaller flows and hence found no problem with the restrictions."
