"We were very disappointed when we arrived. The room was not ready, they didn't have room that was paid for, double quin beds.
At midnight placing us in king bedroom, sending a night crew to separate the bed into two twin beds it was just not something convenient. Finally, they left us in twin beds with king covers, so we couldn't believe.
Next day around 3PM they moved us in the room it was paid for. Just not nice experience. Expected better service. We would never be their guests again. "

"We were on our honeymoon, and everybody was wonderful. Excellent service, very friendly staff, Kai-Ling (we hope that is spelt correctly) on the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. Very comfortable rooms, great food!"

"Location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to to all shopping malls & public transit.
Glad to be upgraded to a Premier Room during my recent stay at the hotel. Room is clean and room service is excellent. Breakfast buffet is very generous and good selection.
Royal Plaza will be my choice of hotel during my next visit to Singapore."

Would I stay at this location again: Absolutely!
Comments: A great hotel with a 100% no smoking policy. Great position, great rooms, helpful staff.
good breakfast included in our reservation (Asian, European and American choices).
This is the second time we have stayed here on the way back from a trip to Europe and it is a really good place to overcome the jetlag as well as get a bit of shopping done.
