The house keeping is not perfect on the firs night room was not ready even upto 4pm we left the room 10 am and after returning in the room after shopping we found that room was not ready we have to ask the house keeping lady to makeup the room Bathroom are not that clean and do not have toiliatries I have stayed in cheaper hotel in US and UK but every room have there own toiliatres there is correct place to keep coffee machine TV remote was not functioning there is no proper information on the telephone to contact frontdesk or housekeeping after 6pm if you need blanket or pillow you will not get it. the internet kisko do not have printer facility
