"Firstly reception officer's reception skills were very poor. He couldn't even locate my reservation in the computer system. Finally he said any way I can give you a room like he was giving a room from his own pocket. Room was completely different what was shown on the web photos. Room was very small, smelly and dirty. Bath room had a broken toilet seat, faulty cistern system, dirty sink, and dirty vinyl floor. Beds are very basic with steel legs. Linen cupboard is very tiny, even not sufficient for a single person. Advertised breakfast was a hot breakfast, but supplied with bread and jam. This is a Money Stealing from innocent customers. I paid Aust $ 161 for that night. But not worth even $10. Singapore Authorities should look into this Theft and this hotel's health standard and should take action."

"NEVER stay at this hotel, it was so dirty that we left & were happy to forfeit our money. Toilet was not even cleaned from the last user, dirt all over the floors. The biggest DUMP & the rudest staff i've ever come across - if you book this hotel you must have ROCKS in your head!!! STAY AWAY!!"

"The hotel is too bad for anyone. Service is also very bad. The door locks doesnot work. The breakfast is very poor. Rooms are too small and the bed is a bunk bed. The lobby does not have a AC or a fan even. No one should book this hotel"

"The room was excedingly tiny for a triple room. We were not advised of the breakfast times by reception and as a result missed breakfast which we had paid for. Information from reception was not helpful. No maps of the transport system were available.The cord for the electric jug, was too short to reach the power point. The coffee house was used for storage during the day. The social drinking area (Alchohol) service was terrible, and the staff there wanted to close by 10-00pm. I have often visited Singapore before but this is the first time at such a poor establishment. I could not reccomend it to any of my friends."

The room was small but resonable clean, the floor was brooken and in the window layed sigarette rests. The personal was very friendly and helpfull. Karin Musch
