"We stayed in this hotel on our wedding night and I would say it was the best decision ever! We were greeted with friendly staff at the lobby and the waiting time to check in was very fast. As a bonus we even got upgraded to a suite probably because they realised we were newly weds (still in our costumes lol). The jacuzzi at the back of the room was terrific, though the furniture could've been better maintained. Bathroom amenities are fantastic and the room was excellent. Staff are very friendly and greet you along the way. Thanks Amara for such a pleasant stay!"

"Upon arrival i was told to wait till 3pm for check-in time & they'll called me once room ready. Around 3pm when i check if the room is available for check-in the front desk staff can tell me its ready far earlier but no one call to inform us. Shouldn't the hotel give a welcome drink for resort type hotel? Request for double/King Bed as its my Wedding Anniversary stay but room assign is 2 single bedded. Kettle for coffee making in the room is rusty and got left over dirt, is the Housekeeping sleeping? Left over by previous guest 2 pairs of bedroom sleeper under the bed. Unpresence experience upon check-in. "

"Make sure that you do not have a room on the ground floor, since the windows/balcony doors open out onto a public area. If you don't want people to look in, you will have to have the curtains closed all the time, making the room more like a dark cell. I also had an air-conditioner in my room that made noises every few minutes, waking me up from sleep! The staff did nothing to remedy this, despite my complaint, nor did they give any explanation or apology."
