| "Ideally situated near little India and Bugis Street. Good Resturants in area and reasonably priced. Handy for the Transport system to access all areas of interest. We walked easily everywhere with no problems." |

| "Very comfortable stay. Had seen previous reviews that staff were surly but found completely the opposite. They were charming and helpful at all times. Room was pleasant and adequate size. Bathroom was good size with bath and shower although it was possibly in need of a re-vamp. Good facilities locally, handy for Little India area. Courtyard area was pleasant to sit out in the evening. Breakfast was good and fresh, continental and Asian style. " |

| "We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The design was attractive and the room quiet. The location was great for us, right on the edge of Little India and walking distance to Bugis etc and transport.
The courtyard was excellent and so nice for sitting at night.
The breakfast was good with a lot of variety but not a huge choice of some items. Nevertheless it was more than adequate.
The room was a good size for travellers with luggage and was in a quiet part of the hotel, away from the lift etc.
I would certainly stay in this hotel again." |

| "This Hotel represents very poor value. The room was shabby and had obviously not been upgraded for at least 30 years. The bathroom wash basin was cracked and the bath chipped. The chrome had worn off the taps. The lighting was very poor and the electrics verged on the dangerous. Single glazing is totally inadquate when the building fronts a six lane highway. Staff were fine and did their best and despite the poor state of the room it was at least clean. " |

| "The location of the hotel was good.
The only complaints I have is that the room was a bit small and the lift was one level up - so you had to take your luggage over an escalator and then use the lift. Also since my room was facing the main street, there was quite a lot of noise, did not bother me much since I spent little time in the room.
Location wise it is excellent - just 5 mins walking distance from two MRT stations and little India. Also its not too far from Suntech.
The room was very clean." |

| "Great hotel. Service was good and rooms nice and clean. Just two suggestions for improvement:
1. our bathroom had the shower on a flexible hose, which is fine, but the holder for the shower head was right in the corner over the taps, which made it impossible to stand under (if you needed two hands to wash your hair).
2. a cheaper option for breakfast would be good for those who just want a cup of tea and a piece of toast. " |

| "I was given the duty of finding a hotel in Singapore for 10 people. I was very pleased with our accommodation, and so were my friends. The rooms varied in sizes, and were very clean. The hotel was central enough for our needs, and taxis are very cheap by European and Australian standards. The staff at the hotel were friendly, and the location is very central for Little India. " |

| "It was a shame they were renovating outside the window, and the workmen were quite noisy banging outside the hours the hotel notice said. Staff where very friendly. The internet was extremely slow. Otherwise a nice hotel." |
