No way!

The service in this hotel ruined it for us. Went to Sentosa for a day trip and arrived back at the hotel at 3pm to find the room had not been cleaned. When I went to speak to the receptionist, I was met with, what at best can be described as, indiffernce. When pushed why our room had been cleaned, was given the reply "Well, when did you want it cleaned by". The receptionist then phoned housekeeping and had the room cleaned by 3.30pm. We were given no appology, not even a drink while we had to sit in reception waiting for our room. Not what I'd expect from, what I thought was, a good hotel.

"We stayed 1 night in July and were pleasantly surprised. It was cheaper than most hotels in the area but it seemed like 4 star. All staff were great and as we had a late flight we could use their facilities up until 9.00pm after checking out at 1.00pm. We walked everywhere and it seemed to be close to everything."

"Excellent location. The room was spacious and the bathroom well fitted out. Proximity to an excellent hawker centre with delicous food was an added bonus. The swimming pool was on the small side."

"My stay was short and unpleasant.My flight was delayed ex London by 11 hours and this changed my trip completely.I decided not to stay 2 nights in Singapore since my journey was interupted by the delay.I was very disappointed that the hotel wcharged me for both nights even though I only stayed for 4 hours (8.00am till noon on the first day.) I won't use either The allson hotel nor asia rooms .com without careful thought in the future."
