The service was pretty poor. It took 30 minutes and two requests for our bags to be delivered to our room after check-in. Also made two requests for a bucket of ice one night; it was never delivered. It took a bell boy 20 minutes to reach our floor to pick up our bags to check out; by that time we did it ourselves and passed him in the elevator lobby. Finally, the Concierge desk did not know the winners of the Chili Crab contest. We'll find another hotel next time.

| "Thank you Carlton Hotel for a memorable stay - the staff were very friendly and helpful, my room, facilities & amenities all fantastic. Travelling alone, I found the location perfect being close to shopping Centres, attractions and access to train.

| "We don't recommend to stay at this hotel during weekend especially if they put you under 15 floor, the reason is the hotel is located at opposite of chimes bars, restaurant and entertainment centre, and the noise they make is unbelieavable loud. When we complain at 01.00 in the morning , we found out that this is not the first time quests complaining about this, but the management argued, they said sometimes it is loud another time not. What ever reason they should not put quest in the room before they replaced the sound proof of the rooms with adequate ones. tks" |

| "the room size is good,location very convenient with nearby metro station and shopping mall,opposite to the hotel,there is this Chijme's food centre for fine dining with good ambience.Reception staffs are friendly and housekeeping staffs are helpful.Overall, I enjoyed my stay here,will recommend friend to stay.do keep up your standard." |

| "This hotel was quite conveniently located near the city hall where you can take radid transit to most of places in Singapore. The room and services were excellent. However, the late night serving in the 24 hour restaurant was a bit slow and foods at the bar were not recommended (just expensive) compared to other bars in Singapore.
Last one the bathtub was clogged and was not fixed to my satisfaction. The shower curtain was smelly so had to be changed." |
