| "This hotel is welcoming and friendly and the staff were polite, courteous and helpful.
The room was spacious and comfortable with a good standard of furnishings and cleanliness.
We found the bar a little dark and unwelcoming and although we were given a drinks menu fairly quickly we were then ignored. This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and both times this happened. We left without buying a drink!
The Italian restaurant was very nice indeed and had lovely views with a pretty roof terrace and swimming pool on the same level.

| "We loved this hotel, the only flaw we found was the bath was in a bit of an inaccesible place. That is a small fault though overall. The buffet meals were excellent value for money although we found the bar drinks a bit pricey. We would definitely love to stay at this hotel again." |

| "We stopped over last year and were happy to return on our way out and back to Australia and New Zealand. Just what we needed to relax, the option of late arrivals and late checkout before an overnight flight is really useful. We went over to Pulau Ubin and walked on the coastal path so were able to come back to rest and change before flying. The staff were very helpful and the food and facilities were good." |

| "We stayed at the Changi Village Hotel for just one night, in transit between London and Sydney. We arrived fairly late and left quite early in the morning, so did not avail ourselves of any of the amenities besides the basic bed and breakfast, but the hotel was excellent for what we wanted, i.e. a pleasant overnight stay close to the airport. The room had all we needed, the buffet breakfast was excellent, the staff were helpful and the free airport shuttle service was very efficient." |

| "the room was just OK , the mini bar very poor - after a 14hr flight we did not want to leave our room but we had to just to get a soft drink, no fresh milk and the sachets of tea and coffee were stale. Bathroom in need of an overall clean.
overall very disappointing. staff generally nice except for porter who refused to leave our room without a tip even though we explained we had not yet exchange money to singapore dollars. " |
