Overall, Copthorne Kings is a good hotel, except for its location. From the nearest MRT station (Outram), it's still a 15-20 min walk to the hotel. Definitely not so convenient at night and especially if it's your first time in Singapore. Nice, clean but small room. However, the big bathroom is definitely a plus. Breakfast is good, but, they should probably have a different menu every other day. Service is excellent! Special mention to Mr. Ramesh at the reception counter. When we could not find a taxi on our way to the hotel (taxi queues near outram and raffles place were really long )we called Mr. Ramesh and he was so kind enough to call a taxi for us. I would definitely go back to Copthorne's King if transportation to the hotel will improve.

| "All the staff was really friendly and helpful, great meals both in restaurants and room service. Room a bit on the small side but I had evertything I needed as a business traveller. Room service not too good though. " |

| "My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at the Copthorne Kings. Our room and its facilities were very good, staff were very friendly and efficient and the breakfasts were good, No complaints whatsover and full of praise for the staff." |

| "The only downside to this hotel is its location, although it is only 10-15mins walk from 3 different MRT stations the Singapore humidity and thunderstorms means to don't arrive anywhere "dry"
The staff are excellent, the breakfast buffet is great but very crowded after 8:30am.
The baggage storage and shower if you have a late flight are very handy.
Expensive when compared to the rest of Asia, but that's just Singapore." |

| "Service is great we arrived back from india two days before leaving for Australia.Booking in was at 2pm Mr Chia could see we were tired and allowed us the room at 9am.He was friendly and smiled.He allowed us to have the room the next day until 1pm.The only problem is hotel not near anything.I actually stayed 2 days before going to India at the Golden Landmark in Arab street. Would recommend this hotel.Very central and rooms large." |

| "We had a very short stay (less than 24 hours)but were impressed by the standard of our accommodation, friendly service and value for money at Copthorne Kings. Room was excellent. Average size but well appointed. Very clean and nicely furnished. Bathroom on the small side but spotlessly clean, great shower and excellent selection of toiletries. Buffet breakfast very good (better than most we've had before in other Singapore hotels). Staff very efficient, friendly and eager to assist. This otel is a little out of the way if you want to spend time on Orchard Road. However, good regular shuttle service provided and taxis are cheap and plentiful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. " |
