Would I stay at this location
again:

Most likely
I had a Deluxe room there (strange: the recptionist told me that the catagory "standard" and "deluxe" are the same!), in the so-called tower. The room was basically O.K. What I didn't like is the fact that the Windows can't be opened, and that there was always noice from outside since the main AC tools are situated behind the hotel, and my room was facing it. As I lived on the 11th floor, it was quite strange to still hear the noise. In contrast to that the AC unit of the room was rather quiet (good!). The room made a newly renovated impression. What I definetely liked with the hotel is the nice breakfast buffet, and the swimming pool on the roof of a side building (3rd floor). The also have very nice rooms with a balcony (some even come with balcony flower pots), but the are in the main building and higher in price.

"It's was quite reasonable price to stay. Room are Clean and people are in good manner. But the location is not good. Far from MTR and bus station, only way to get anywhere is taxi. but it depends on your travel plan."

"All the staff was really friendly and helpful, great meals both in restaurants and room service. Room a bit on the small side but I had evertything I needed as a business traveller. Room service not too good though. "

3/5  Posted by MR. KERSLAKE, Justin, Australia in March 2008
"The only downside to this hotel is its location, although it is only 10-15mins walk from 3 different MRT stations the Singapore humidity and thunderstorms means to don't arrive anywhere "dry" The staff are excellent, the breakfast buffet is great but very crowded after 8:30am. The baggage storage and shower if you have a late flight are very handy. Expensive when compared to the rest of Asia, but that's just Singapore."
