| "We stayed for 4 nights at the Chalets. The room and amenities were fine for the price. Unfortunately we must have chosen a week that meant the chalets were full of extremely loud & rowdy young men and schoolies. The noise continued all night & most of the days for 3 straight days. Afterwhich it was quieter and pleasant. The pool was great, cafe great also, it was close to all amenities and easy to get to the train station by shuttle.

| "Room and facilities are average. The big advantage is being close to Pasir Ris park, and having Downtown East facilities (restaurants, shops, activities) in walking distance. The main problem is noisy barbecue parties that last into the night, especially on weekends and holidays. So it's good for people who don't mind no-frills rooms in order to be near outdoor activity areas. Not for older folks or business travelers." |

| "we had a 2 day stop over in Singapore, unfortunatelly we found room floor and bathroom had a really dirty floors, there was a loud party next door that kept going all night and even after number of calls to reception and security NOTHING was done to correct it. I (we) would not recommend or stay on this hotel again.
