I thought the hotel was well-located close to Orchard Rd and I was pleased to be given a non-smoking room when I had requested this on my booking. My room on the 5th floor was adequate for a single traveller, however, would find it very cramped with 2 people. The bathroom could do with a good scrub as the tiles were mouldy in places and the floor tiles had stains which housekeeping had obviously overlooked. My main complaint however, was that the air-conditioning was freezing and even though I had turned it off at the controls the ducting was still pumping through cold air. The next day I had to ask housekeeping staff to leave me an additional blanket!
All in all, my stay was good considering that this property is a 4-star, breakfast was excellent and service in the restaurant was great.

| "We were pleased with our room though we had to wait a couple of hours for it to be cleaned (we arrived early in the morning). We found the front desk helpful, the breakfast more than adequate and the location most convenient! The room and bathroom were clean and best of all - the beds were most comfortable. I will be staying there again and will happily recommend it others. " |

| "The rooms in this hotel could probably do with some refurshment, especially the bathrooms. However for the price and location this hotel is a good deal in Singapore. I have stayed here twice and would probably stay here again. The swimming pool area is very nice for families who might want some shade at certain times of day. Service is very good. The Breakfast buffet is good but they could do with changing it a bit more. On the whole a thumbs up. " |

| "Absolutely fantastic service from the front desk, porters and also waiting staff in the restaurant.
$38.00 for two beers was a bit much for my liking.
Great Location, good room and poll area also.
I would be happy to stay again and hopefully will in the not too distant future." |
