When we booked a room we opted for a deluxe room so that we could stay in style, the picture shown on the website was a deluxe room, when we arrived we were given a room which smelt of damp, two very small single beds (bearing in mind we had booked for 2 Adults and a child) there were stains on the sheet, damp pores were on the wallpaper and wallpaper was peeling off at some places, very small window, it was disgusting, the manager showed us a superior room which was supposedly a downgrade and there was no difference in the two rooms. Eventually we were moved to another room but it still did not meet up to the standard that is advertised. They catered more for the business people and not recommended for people who are on a stopver over as you have to pay $90 to get to your room earlier and the same if you want to keep your room after 12mdday allthough your flight may not be until midnight. The food was good and some of the staff could be pleasant and helpful.

| "We were pleased with our room though we had to wait a couple of hours for it to be cleaned (we arrived early in the morning). We found the front desk helpful, the breakfast more than adequate and the location most convenient! The room and bathroom were clean and best of all - the beds were most comfortable. I will be staying there again and will happily recommend it others. " |

| "The rooms in this hotel could probably do with some refurshment, especially the bathrooms. However for the price and location this hotel is a good deal in Singapore. I have stayed here twice and would probably stay here again. The swimming pool area is very nice for families who might want some shade at certain times of day. Service is very good. The Breakfast buffet is good but they could do with changing it a bit more. On the whole a thumbs up. " |

| "Absolutely fantastic service from the front desk, porters and also waiting staff in the restaurant.
$38.00 for two beers was a bit much for my liking.
Great Location, good room and poll area also.
I would be happy to stay again and hopefully will in the not too distant future." |
