Clean ,Frendly ,Great location and overal a great place to stay from the doorman to the cleaners everyone done there best to ensure we had a great stay. If it was any more clean it would smell like a hospital. But will we be back - For sure" |

| "We booked a deluxe room and were surprised at how big the rooms were. The bathroom was lovely except for the tap which tends to splatter around the sink area. Breakfast by the poolside was very good. The location is excellent as the hotel is located atop the City Hall MRT station. There is also a supermarket below which is very convenient for last minute purchases. I would definitely consider staying at Fairmont on our next visit to Singapore." |

| "Certainly not cheap but a delightful hotel with understated elegance and an intrinsic charm. Great location attached to a fabulous shopping centre and overlooking Raffles Hotel. Only problem being most Taxi drivers have never heard of it by its new name! You will have to say 'the old Raffles Plaza' to explain." |

| "An excellent hotel! The location is terrific and the rooms and bathrooms are a delight. I liked the toiletries which were far superior to the usual. And the magnifying mirror in the bathroom - a great touch. Comfortable, quiet, a private balcony: and all the details for a perfect holidays or business trip. My reservation was mixed up by the Receptionist, but they handled it brilliantly after several telephone calls and I was not inconvenienced. I particularly enjoyed being accommodated in the Hospitality Suite for 3 hours, since I checked in early and my room was not ready. Beverages, snacks and a hot shower was possible. The daily breakfast buffet included in the reservation was wonderful. Lots of options and excellent service. I would have paid for it!! Too busy shopping to sample the inhouse F&B options. You can't beat the location - on the premises of Raffle City - a shopping and dining hub. A larger amount of milk, sugar free sachets would be useful in the in-room coffee bar. Too meagre for double occupancy. I would recommend this hotel (and have already recommended it) to people who love the good hotel experience!" |

| "We stayed for two nights mid march 2008 and I can only say that we had an excellent experience. Our room overlooked Raffles Hotel. The room was large, clean and very well appointed, the check in was great (Sidney) and all staff we encountered were exceptional, the breakfast at the pool was also V Good. The location has to be the best in Singapore being above Raffles Plaza which is fantastic for all types of foods and shopping and also access to the City Hall MRT. WE will definately stay there again.

| "The hotel is ideally located for walking to several tourist sites and the MRT station (City Hall)is next door enabling easy access to anywhere. It is opposite Raffles.
The hotel is modern and well appointed and provided everything we expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very good and the meals were also very nice.
I would definitely visit the FAIRMONT again." |

| "We booked a club room and it was fantastic. The club rooms are located on a private floor with there own gym and restaurant. Between 6 and 8 there are free drinks, we polished off several bottles of champagne and a few cocktails (definatly got our moneys worth!!!)
The room was fantastic with great views and a huge bed.
If you want a really special start to your holiday I can recommend spending the little extra that a club room costs.
All the other practical lites are also there, its a 10 min walk to the main eating areas, its built on top of a shoping mall, the raffles is only over the road and the technology mall is a two minute walk." |
