Would I stay at this location
again:

Most likely
My relatives who arrived and stayed in our home had stayed in Fortuna last time. They were highly appreciating about the hotel. They liked 1> the price/value for money 2> In the night, can visit mustafa and spend nice time on shopping/window shopping as mustafa is crowded at day time and mustafa is Indian's obsession. Great fortuna!

"staff helpful location great , train within 100m. ,but you need to have some idea how to work it out. reasonable taxi fare to anywhere. living in darwin im used to cockroaches, but theyre a little disconcerting in the hotel room , a can of insecticide worked wonders. late departure is a bit expensive try to arrange it with the agent. you get what you pay for. 5 star this aint. id stay there again."

"It is fine as it is situated at a centre place and also for budget travellers it is suitable. For Indian travellers, it is much more useful place as it is close to Mohammed Mustafa for shopping, many Indian hotels are nearby, MRT is close by and hence no problem for commuting and for old people the temples are nearby. It is an ideal location for Indian nationals. If they have restaurant facility, it will be much more useful. "

"Staff of Fortuna Hotel specifically those who sit at the reception as well as their management personnel should go for customer oriented training where they need to learn to speak to the guests. Incase one is staying in this hotel then one has to be dependent upon the Tap water coz you won't be able to get mineral water from the hotel and above all they would also not provide u a service where they can send somone to the market to get the mineral water for you. Rest goes without saying."

"A great 3 star hotel (much more cleaner, tidier & friendlier than the 5 star hotel in Kuala Lumpur we stayed in during this trip). Conveniently located next to the MRT, Mustafa's 24 hour shopping centre and many electroncis, clothing & food outlets. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Room facilities such as fridge and air-con worked exceptionally well. The staff were pleasant, helpful, accomodating and made you feel very welcome - great value for money if on a budget. "

"All public areas including lifts were smelly and smoky. The first room we were given had cockroaches and very hard single beds. The second room had a double bed but it was against the wall on one side. One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in; we won't be going back."
