| "The recieptionist was super rude at the first time. we reach the the hotel at 12 noon and was informed that the checking time is after 2pm.The guy asked us to pay 20$ extra without any reciept. I asked for the reciept he asked me to get it from the travel agent if i want. i don't mind to pay him 20 dollars but he was so rude to answer our question.
i agree it's the budget hotel but it doesn't mean you pay cheaper price and then you 'll recieve the
" cheap" service as well specially in this service line.
Overall is acceptable, the service should be improved.

| "The hotel is relatively inexpensive by Singapore standards. We got the standard double. The room and bath were very small, just as what the other reviews say. But as a place to crash and shower, it was good enough.
But given the price, I guess you can't expect much. There was only one coffee cup in our room. And when we tried to request for another one, they said that they didn't have any extras. That was sad. But at least their concierge were very nice and friendly.
Location-wise, it's not walking distance to Orchard Road. So if you're planning to be near the shopping centers, this is not the hotel for you. " |

| "Overall the hotel is perfect for those who prefer budget, low hotel rate. However, the plus point of the hotel is that traveller can easier reach to city center by taking bus transportation where the bus station is just in front of the hotel." |
