| "This is fantastic budget accommodation. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are large by Asian standards, well equipped. The bedlinen is changed daily and the room cleaned daily too.
We stayed at the Ruby Fragrance previously which really does not compare as it was unclean and the rooms tiny.
Yes this is in the red light area however you can easily ignore this and it's quite safe. There are loads of eating places nearby to enjoy authentic Singaporean cuisines.
The MRT is five minutes walk as is the bus stop taking you to orchard RD.
I really enjoyed my stay here and would and will go back to this accommodation next time I am holidaying in Singapore. " |

| "Good value for money however beware staying on.
Requested to stay on an extra day and paid the walk-in rate which was Sing $ 20 more than the internet rate. Reception were not prepared to discount!!!
Rooms very small but kept meticulously clean. Bed linen changed daily. No fridge but reponders have already highlighted this.
Located in the red light district. No problems with this. Interesting to view the local punters in the evening when going from and returning to the hotel.
MRT system excellent. Nearest station approx 10 mins walk away." |

| "Overall is good but only location is very near the prostitute area. I will not recommend this place for couple. The hotel service is very good, room quaility is acceptable, price is excellent." |

| "A very basic hotel, located in a safe area (even though it is the red light area). We stayed there one night due to the flights. It is a bit expensive to get there by taxi, $20, but the underground train station is 10 mins walk away which was $1.60 back to the airport 40 mins awy. On the way to the station is a lot of street side resturants, and it is very busy. I would stay again as it was a clean budget hotel" |

| "for the money you pay this hotel is perfect..dont complain its small and can hear road traffic noises and people walking on the halls because you'll be better off staying somewhere in Orchard or Marina if you want a better hotel...its simple you pay for quality...for me it was perfect cant complain, food stalls nearby and its 24x7 about 7 mins walk to AlJunied MRT or take a bus from AlJunied MRT its 16 cents bus no 100 or 80, yes red light area but not to worry...if your kids ask probably you havent thought them sexual education and its about time you thought them some... | "Overall, the hotel is fine if you need a place just to sleep and bath. I was surprised by the small blanket. Barely enough to cover me and my wife. We asked the hotel for extra blanket but there was no extra blanket. The blanket size is rather small and thin. Not sure if this is part of the hotel downsizing activities during the world economic crisis now. Maybe the USD1 room rate promotion during this time in other hotels may give a better deal." |
