| "The room rate is not worth in terms of service and product we received. The room is too small and the sound proof was really poor, especially early in the morning. We could even hear the conversation of the house keeping staff. We heard also when other customers passed by.
On the other hand, we moved from room 226 to 228 due to the air conditioner was dripping water. Moreover the same problem existed in room 228. This room smell something stuffy and bad. It was really annoying to see that.
I hope it could be improved in the future so it could remain a hotel for budget travellers but in good value of money to services and products." |

| "Clean, quiet and functional hotel for travellers that are more interested in destination than comfort. The Joo Chiat location allows for an attractive local flavor with an outstanding range of high quality local food available. The night scene is pulsating and provides a glimpse of what the exotic Orient that people talk and read about. You might as well stay home if you stay in the Orchard area." |

| "We were given a superior room with no window. Worse! Location near the Malay Village which was 5 mins walk. Taxi from aiport only S$15 .Reasonable. Better off to avoid hotels 81.Sleazy.Unless you are not fussy and on a tight budget..even then what I paid for is way too much .S'pore is pretty expensive." |

| "Don’t know how other rooms look but our room is too small and poor-equipped. Next time, book in some Hotel where else rather than this..
