My stay at the hotel room was pleasant. Nevertheless, i was shocked by the size of the room as it is ridiculously small. Perhaps the superior room will b better. The toilet was also too small for me. The bed was comfortable but the blanket was not, to me, thick enough to keep myself warm at night. There is also not enough rooms for me to keep my stuff, only a wall cabinet is definitel not sufficient. Please look into that.
The hotel is fabulously located. It is surrounded by many day and 24 hours eateries and in close proximity to Orchard Road, Bugis and Suntec area. Great for shopping experiences. It will be best if there were some additional special offers for the customers of the hotel.
Working staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. They ought to be complimented.
My friend called for a taxi on my day of departure. To my surprise, the taxi driver claims that he did not know the existence of the hotel and thus made me waited for around 20 minutes for it. There should be more publicities for the hotel.

| "To my surprise there is no cabinet for keeping my luggage, therefore making the room very congested with the luggage on the floor, if you will to put the luggage on the dressing table chair ended up you do not a chair when you are doing your make up (well you know for ladies). Another surprise is no shampoo available and the hotel's breakfast everyday is the same type of food, nothing you can choose from, either you take it or leave it." |
