Very small bedroom and bathroom. Almost no place to walk around the bed. Shower poorly convenient.
Windows giving on a backyard and very close other buildings back. No sight on anything.
Staff talking in a very poor English. Not helping to open the front door, neither to carry the luggage from the entrance door to the reception desk !
Difficulties of understanding.
Not helping inside the hotel to carry my luggage. Just told me where the lift was and that's all !
Very approximative knowledge about how long it takes to go to the airport.

| "Strengths: Near to shopping hub (5 Min walk), Clean and tidy, reasonable service levels.
Weakneses: Exceptionally small rooms, check in timings
i would prefer not to stay in this hotel for the price charged for it.

| "To my surprise there is no cabinet for keeping my luggage, therefore making the room very congested with the luggage on the floor, if you will to put the luggage on the dressing table chair ended up you do not a chair when you are doing your make up (well you know for ladies). Another surprise is no shampoo available and the hotel's breakfast everyday is the same type of food, nothing you can choose from, either you take it or leave it." |

| "Worst Hotel by far we have ever stayed at.Room size approximately 12 foot by 8 foot,bad interior design,no place to put suitcases,no shelves,no storage facilities,double bed length approximately 1800 mm,standard double bed mattress is approximately 2000 mm,200 mm makes a big difference in comfort.Swimming pool located beside deafning air conditioning exhausts one end and blaring "rubbish radio" permanently on full volume the other end,so no chance of escaping from the room to a "peaceful oasis" Spoiled (and many others we talked to) our Singapore stay."Grey Nomads"should give this place a miss." |
