Rooms really are very poky, including bathroom. I am not a fan of showers without curtains that drench the whole bathroom! The restaurant/cafe is very limited, as is their (set) breakfast menu. Rooftop pool is neat and clean. Internet service consists of 2 computers that give you 15 minutes broadband for S$1. Location is excellent with Little India MRT station a few minutes' walk away and various buses stopping right in front of the main door. Soundproofing of rooms is excellent. Staff are helpful if not particularly outgoing. Would recommend for budget travellers, it is affordable and convenient. For anyone looking for something special or atmospheric, look elsewhere.

| "Having reading the repetitive reviews of the small rooms, I still wanted to give it a go.
First of all, the service itself was ok, however
upon entering the room, it was dead small, and I mean
I have seen pictures of prison cells which is much
larger. Most things, like The toilet bowl, are *guaranteed* to be wet all-over when you shower.
While that may sound a bit over the top, the worst
experienced was the paper-thin walls. At
one occasion, one lady was on the wallway talking loudly for about 2 hrs from midnight to 2am.
I ended up calling the reception and they managed to
recify the problem. The last time i had this problem
was at a backpackers, never in a hotel. First time
for everything i guess :)
As for the positives, the location was great! Near
little india and MRT is only really 5 mins walk away.
I was hoping for more (non-indian) food stalls around though.
All in all, if it wasn't for the thin walls,
I might stay there again. But I am normally one for
the creature comforts anyway so will be paying a bit
more next time for accomodation in Singapore.

you can walk just 5 minuts to sim lim and MRT (little india)
But the hotel room is small annd the bathroom is quite small .If you are a big guy (tall more than 175cm) the bathroom is not convenience for you" |
