Location: Depends on what you want. Great for the Mohammed Sultan Rd clubs, inconvenient for the MST, unless you dont mind walking 10-15 min. But then both the Singapore Airlines Hop-on hop-off us and a public equivalent stop right across from the hotel on Havelock Rd.
Check-in efficient, friendly.
Rooms quite small, but with those small design features which give the Gallery a special feeling.
Great buffet breakfast; they even cooked us something on order.
A very special pool somewhere on the roof hanging over the street. Watch from there at dusk how the lights of the Singapore skyline and the stars merge at dusk! OK fitness centre.
Check-out not as fast as Singapore's pace normally is, but again friendly.
