| "Had asked for a non smoking room and i was given a dirty, smoke filled room. Upon checking, with the person on duty, at the Front Desk, rather than be honest about the situation and apologise, i was given, the most bizarre explanation, possible, that this, was definetely, a non smoking room and the fact, that there was, an ashtray, in the room, did not matter, as the ashtray, must have made its own way to the room. This is the first hotel, i have ever stayed in, in all my life, that has ashtrays, that can actually, change rooms and move around, on their own. Very high tech indeed, in Singapore, as we, dont have, such advanced technology, in Canada, thus far. Secondly, the rooms, always, have only one plug outlet, which is not very convenient and it so happened, that the one, in my room, did not work this time. " |

| "I have stayed here many times and have reviewed this hotel before. The standard of service and welcome has improved as they have got to know me, which is gratifying and I nearly always get the room location i want. The place is always clean, well maintained and location is very lively and a real different aspect if singapore than most people visiting would recognize - I have brought a few people to the area and they have loved it. The hotel is good for budget business people and it is a mistake to think that all business people are on fat company expense cards - this has cheap wireless and lobby cable access -taxis are easy to get, buses are convenient and the MRt not too far away - thumbs up foe me despite the recent price hike - but all hotels upped their prices." |

| "Stayed in a triple room with my boyfriend and his mum for one night only, due to its closeness to the airport (about 10-15 min taxi drive away). Good price, next door to a 7 Eleven, so the no-fridge thing is not really a problem. Some interesting shops around, and didn't really notice the redlight district-factor at all.
Very affordable and clean...bathroom came with toothbrushes and soap, and I was very pleased with the service." |

| "This was actually my last choice as all the other hotels I put a reservation in for were fully booked.
This hotel is 20 minutes away from the city which i didnt mind at all, it is in the red light district but the hotel is in a safe area, as no one bothered us at all. Its a good place for muslims as 80% of the resturants serve halal food.
The Hotel itself - well i didnt really expect much as i had read all the reviews, what i did expect was a window in my room.. but there wasnt one, also the hotel hasnt got a resturant which i hated as we had to go out every morning for breakfast and you have to hire out a mini fridge, hair dryer, iron etc as these things are not provided.
Staff was really nice, room was spacious, i would say its convenient for bugdet travellers and for people who will be out all day and just need a place to sleep.

| "To Whom it may Concern:
My sister and I loved being at your horel - the only thing we did not like was that the bathroom had no handles to grip when wanting to get in or out, that is extremely dangerous when you elderly as one can slip and fall. My sister had a difficult time getting out of the tub so I had to sit on the chair so that she could grab on to the back of the cair to get out. Other than that it was very nice and thank you for having us. Sincerely Yours,
Glenda Simoncioni Vancouver, Canada." |
