| "With so many hotels to choose from in Singagore we opted for the Goodwood Park hoping it would meet our needs and we certanly weren't disappointed. We spent 9 days there and enjoyed every minute. From the moment we arrived at 6.30 am until we left 9 days later at 8.45 pm we couldn't fault the service. Everyone was very helpful and friendly yet so professional. Loved the greenery and the pools - a little oasis of tranquility! " |

| "The junior suite was excellent - a spacious sitting room, lovely bed room, and very high quality bathroom. Service was very good, the bars and restuarants excellent. All staff were helpful and friendly. It is very close to Orchard Road if that is what you want, but also close to the MRT if you wish to zip over to Little India or the Marina area. All in all a great place to stay (although not cheap)and the historical aspects make the building worth a look as well." |

| "As honeymooners, on our way to the official wedding ceremony in Manila, we showed our wedding invitation upon arrival.
Not only we were upgraded, but get a beautifull wedding cake. The service is excellent and staff very kind and friendly.

| "I had read mixed reviews on this hotel so wasn't sure what to expect; after a great short break at the hotel I have to disagree with these negative reviews.
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, everything from the staff, swimming pools to breakfast was just perfect.
I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing environment right in the heart of Singapore." |

| "Enjoyed a four night stay. Hotel excellent only complaint lack of sunbeds around pool when having break from sightseeing. Good breakast included in price. Good value and lovely food at restaurant by main pool. " |

| "Breakfast poor for a five star hotel. Small range to choose from and slow service. We were mistakingly given a King Room rather than a twin on arrival. The intitial room was a very good size. When we were transferred to our twin room, it was tiny and only one person at a time could stand in the bathroom. Toiletries were very sparce eg no lotion, separage shampoo and conditioner etc. Only 1 tea bag per person given each day. Refit is a little too austere and takes away from any heritage or opulent feeling of hotel." |

| "The history of the hotel, it's location, the decor & the amenities attracted us to the Goodwood Park. While the service from staff was friendly and quite good overall some room features especially in the bathrooms need upgrading. Little things such as the flaking paint on the window sill and an old, rickety toilet detracts from the carefully selected modern decor. It's not what we expect for the money we paid & from a grand old hotel like this. Also, the room in which our parents stayed was not adequately cleaned. The ashtray on the balcony was not emptied, the floor had what appeared to be coconut/palm fibres in one area near the tv and one of the large mirrors had splash marks on it. Again, some would consider this to be minor however for a hotel supposedly of this class & with such contemporary decor, these things let it down. As there are similarly priced and rated hotels in the same area, we would most likely stay somewhere else in future." |
