| "Very disappointing! We would never come back again. Very poor service when we first arrive to check in. Hotel facilities needed to be upgraded eg. air conditioning was broken and was very cold. The bathroom was old and broken, the toilet did not work(did not flush properly).Daily cleaning service was very poor. Bed linens had stains and was not fresh. We would not recommend this place to anyone." |

| "The position, ie nearness to Orchard Road was very good, but we felt the room was in need of a little refurbishment. Also, it stated on the website, when I booked, that tea/coffee making facilities were available. There was akettle and 4 glasses in the room, but nothing else - no cups, tea, coffee or sugar. These things are very important to us.
The pool was nice but there were not enough chairs or beds and no towels provided, also very little shade." |

| "This Hotel was ideally situated, we arrived 3 hours early, and were given a room immediately, very friendly staff. Rooms slightly run down, but it was clean and every thing worked. Breakfast was fine considering they were catering for about every nationality in the world. I would definately stay here again." |

| "This hotel is not bad at all, we only stayed 1 night, and was upgraded to a big/family room, with separate receiving area..My only comment is that front desk staff are not so friendly and welcoming (checking in/out), perhaps a little smile in their faces will not do any harm. Overall stay though is great, hotel is very close to transport, shops, restaurants, and the room is very comfortable. We were also allowed to check out late, with minimal fee, without any hassles. I will stay in this hotel again next time we visit Singapore. Thank you Asiarooms for finding/arranging this hotel for us, you have been wonderful in finding 3 hotels for us during our visit to Singapore and Malaysia." |

| "The beds matress &pillow were outstanding no complaints there.
As for the breakfast, dont go there, disgusting, the oj was 1% orange juice plus they did'nt have an egg chef. It was as though the breakfast was just put together slap-dash." |

| "the room was modest and the bathroom was basic . the location wasnt that good for me but still not bad compare to other hotel.
the staff were strange and they were collaborative with us and they look sad.
over all the hotel was not bad but it doesn't deserve his price . I will not stay again if I come back.

| "Overall, this was a great hotel. It had a nice bathroom with a full-size tub, a clean pool with shade, and was in an excellent location. The staff were friendly, especially the tour desk operator who is well-informedabout what is open and fun, and honest about what is worth your money. One thing: I do not recommend the restaurant on the first floor next to the lobby, Gold Coast Seafood. Service was slow, they got our order wrong, and they brought us peanuts as, we thought, a free appetizer (we didn't order it after all) which wasn't free at all. After seeing the bill I questioned the server about it and explained that we hadn't ordered the peanuts. She replied that if I gave them back we wouldn't have to pay. That just seems dishonest to me. I DO recommend the pizza/pasta restaurant across the street (Sorbino's?) which is open late, well-priced, and delicious." |

| "Roughly speaking, the room service and location is good. Only one thing I want to complain is that I wan going to leave for airport at about 3pm and the hotel did not allow me to have late check-out. If I need to have late check-out, I have to pay HK$890 and this is the room fees for one more extra day (actually the hotel is not full at that moment). Finally they said their concierge could look after my luggage. However, I found they just put all my luggages in the lobby. After I have strongly compalined that it was not safe, then the luggages were roped together and but still just placed in the lobby. I just want to say I would not live in this hotel in the future and also would not recommend to any of my friends. " |
