| "Arrived late evening and were dealt with by reception efficiently and friendly. Given room in new wing - still a bit of a smell in corridor; suspect it was carpet glue but de-odorisers dealt with that by next day. Large room with lovely bath and shower. Had to ask for ice though in the late afternoon.
Excellently located right on the doorstep of Orchard Road, close to MRT and outside ERP (charging district) which makes taxis a little cheaper.
Lovely swimming pool and gardens for relaxing." |

| "The service was perfect from the minute we arrived - very helpful, checked us in early, the room was great and very very clean. Great location - very handy to shops & transport. A perfect hotel to stay in - enjoyed it immensely and would definitely stay again." |
