| "I was travelling with my elderly mother who has difficulty walking and the hotel were marvellous in attending to her needs. My mother was helped from the taxi and a wheelchair appeared without us having to ask. Throughout our stay all the staff were courteous and attentive to the needs of its guests. The rooms were modern and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent. After a hard day sightseeing it was good to relax by the outdoor pool. Its location is very central, close to City Hall metro and a short walk from the river." |

| "The location of the hotel is good and very near the MRT City Hall station. Breakfast was good, although the rooms of the hotel have been quite tired. Nevertheless, for the price of the room, it is good value especially compare with all the other 5 star hotel prices in Singapore. " |

| "Superb location, nice lounge/bar, friendly staff, received my check in early without extra charge. Nice modern very clean rooms. Great buffet at night. I have no complaints. Would definitely stay there again." |
