| "Check in-out was smooth
Breakfast - both the spread and service were atrocious as the hotel's usual breakfast venue was under renovation and hence shfifted temporarily to another floor. choice of items on breakfast spread was very meagre and service levels extremely poor.
Hotel Location - excellent access whether on business or on holiday
Front desk staff - courteous and efficient
Room facilities - complimentary water bottles were not placed in the room, unless asked for, each day ??
Overall opinion - Not value for money at all" |

| "A great hotel in a great city! Had a good stay with polite, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in the Far East, so there is a definite reason to wake up in the morning! " |
