GOOD HOTEL , GOOD CENTRAL LOCATION, DISAPPOINTED RECIEVED TWO SINGLE BEDS SMOKING ROOM INSTEAD OF A DOUBLE NON SMOKING ROOM - PROMISED A CHANGE NEXT DAY WHICH DID NOT MATERIALISE- OTHERWISE OK, FOOD EXCELLENT AS USUAL.

| "Check in-out was smooth
Breakfast - both the spread and service were atrocious as the hotel's usual breakfast venue was under renovation and hence shfifted temporarily to another floor. choice of items on breakfast spread was very meagre and service levels extremely poor.
Hotel Location - excellent access whether on business or on holiday
Front desk staff - courteous and efficient
Room facilities - complimentary water bottles were not placed in the room, unless asked for, each day ??
Overall opinion - Not value for money at all" |
