| "At first ,when i checked in to this hotel, i found the room is so tiny but the location is very convenient coz MRT station is just opposite . At night i can walked out to find nice chinese food! The hotel staff is very lovely and helpful ,when i need to confirm my air ticket ,they can assist me immediately.
I don't know ,for me this hotel and staffs make me impress . I will come back again. " |

| "The hotel is not as advertised in the tv ads locally. I stayed at the suite room, supposed to be the best room there but not only room is small, bathtub is also dirty. And it does not have the cable tv as promised in the ads. When i ask the staff abt it, he told me they havent install the cable tv yet. How can they advertise if facilities is not fully available yet, and somemore not informing the customer when check in / booking. That is dishonesty. " |

| "The price for such a tiny room is too much expensive. Having a window facing the main street is a nightmare because the noise pollution made you impossible to sleep well during the night. There is no facitities (restaurant or internet service even you are willing to pay for it) provided, concisely speaking there is no bathroom at all, toilet is multi-purpose use, after you took bath, toilet will all get wet and even the room,too.
The only thing I appreciate was the staff permit us to refund the rent that we already paid for the next day. It made us possible to leave the hotel the next day without further bearing the unbearable condition provided by the so-called 2--star hotel." |
