The hotel is not as advertised in the tv ads locally. I stayed at the suite room, supposed to be the best room there but not only room is small, bathtub is also dirty. And it does not have the cable tv as promised in the ads. When i ask the staff abt it, he told me they havent install the cable tv yet.
How can they advertise if facilities is not fully available yet, and somemore not informing the customer when check in / booking. That is dishonesty.
