Very noisy. Basic and although not expensive in my opinion not good value compared to YMCA or YWCA.

| "I did not like the rooms very much (dark), changed it 3 times. Most have not a window where you could look outside.
The first room I was in I could here water running the whole night (watertank/watersystem above).
For Singapore the price/value is o.k. and for me the location was good because I had a seminar just around the corner. " |
