Would I stay at this location
again:

Most likely
A nice place, maybe the rooms are a bit cramped and small, but otherwise clean. Air Conditioning is fine (as in most of Singapore) and you have full control over it. I wouldn't recommend it to families, since it's the heart of the Red Light district of Singapore, but it's nevertheless a good and safe place to stay. 10 minutes walk to the nearest subway station, but there are also a lot of buses very close to the hotel. In 20 minutes you can be in the center of Singapore.

"The hotel is located in the entertainment district with plenty of cheap restaurants and working girls around there, but if you are an experienced traveller in Asia you should not be scared at all. I never felt unsafe, hotel and room are very clean, friendly staff, but because of the budget concept rooms are very small and basic. Bed comfortable, TV and aircon ok, safe deposit at front counter available. Bus stop with good connection to city centre is just 2 minutes away, Aljunied MRT 10 minutes. Its a good choice if you want to avoid the overpriced hotels in other areas."

"Rooms are not to big, and so dark inside."

"The room was fine, the staff were very nice and helpful, red light district wasn't a problem and the metro was very convenient. The bad thing was the room STANK of stale cigarette smoke, i'm not anti-smoking at all but the smell was overwhelming."

"The location is terrible. In the middle of the red light district. Walking in or out of the hotel day or night I was constantly harassed by women, men, and lady boys trying to get me. I dislike the place so much that I changed my flight out 2 days early. Unless redlight districts are your scene, I recommend a different hotel."

"Location not exactly nice, but I never felt some danger. SOme prositutes around the area, but never harassed me. Hotel basic but clean and with kindly service. "
