Check - in and check out was smooth, great staff. Room size is quite smaller than other hotels but cosy and comfortable. The hotel is clean and tidy and I love thier bathroom by the way, hip!
The place is near the MRT (Outram) within walking distance and close to shops and dining places, China Town. And they provide one bottle of water and a coca cola can plus coffee and tea as complimentary. That's really nice of them.
Only one thing that the television should have faced you not the door. Other than that this is a good hotel.
Don't mind to stay at this hotel again.

| "A good location, with friendly, helpful staff. Room facilies were good, but the room was too small. With 2 people in the room, there was no space at all. As an example, there was only a 250mm space between the washbasin and bed. There was no place for a suitcase except on the floor in front of the door. The price of AUD$160 was too high for such a room. " |

| "Although the room and bathroom were a little small, the staff were friendly and it was a couple of minutes walk from the nearest MRT station. Breakfast wasn't a huge offering but it was ample to start the day with. There was free wireless internet but I wasn't travelling with my laptop - what was required was a dedicated internet computer in the hotel for guest's usage." |

| "Free access to the internet and topped-up complimentary water/coke were a big plus. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly and helpful with a good command on English. Our room faced a street and consequently noisy. Double-glazed windows would be advantageous for rooms facing the street." |
