Would I stay at this location
again:

Most likely
For a single traveller only staying a few nights this was a great hotel. My room was only small but it had everything I needed and meant I wasn't paying for all the extras that fill up a big room. It was very nicely decorated and I felt very comfortable. It really is a hotel for single travellers as the clear door on the bathroom so not something I would like if travelling with my partner or a friend. You can get a great meal from the 'restaurants' at either end of Keong Saik road where all the locals like to eat. It was an easy walk to the MRT which was very easy to use. The only negative is that I was in a room facing the street and the noise from traffic did disturb my sleep. Overall a very nice, funky hotel.

"A good location, with friendly, helpful staff. Room facilies were good, but the room was too small. With 2 people in the room, there was no space at all. As an example, there was only a 250mm space between the washbasin and bed. There was no place for a suitcase except on the floor in front of the door. The price of AUD$160 was too high for such a room. "

"Unusual place, full of classic chairs! Great for design freaks. The room was very small but was more than made up for by excelent service, facilities and location. Highly recommended."

"Although the room and bathroom were a little small, the staff were friendly and it was a couple of minutes walk from the nearest MRT station. Breakfast wasn't a huge offering but it was ample to start the day with. There was free wireless internet but I wasn't travelling with my laptop - what was required was a dedicated internet computer in the hotel for guest's usage."

"Free access to the internet and topped-up complimentary water/coke were a big plus. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly and helpful with a good command on English. Our room faced a street and consequently noisy. Double-glazed windows would be advantageous for rooms facing the street."
