| "We were to Batam by ferry after the check-out. This hotel looked most near to the ferry terminal, and could minimize the risks of traffic jam. " |

| "It was a nice hotel, the room was clean and big although the bed was a little hard, the mini bar and food in the hotel was a little expensive. I would not recommend for the budget traveller. everything was in close proximity if you used the metro. Breakfast was great. Bell boys were very help full and on our last day our flight was in the evening we were allowed to store our luggage there for the day and when we came back after a day of shopping they allowed us to shower there even though we checked out. They also ordered a taxi for us and carried out bags to the taxi very efficiently. we were very impressed. I recommend the M hotel if you have a bit of extra cash and want to stay in a comfortable hotel." |

| "We found the M Hotel experience to be a very good one. Very clean and excellent service. It's location is not a problem as it is an easy walk to the MRT, to Chinatown, and to a nearby food street. The restaurant is excellent and we enjoyed a great breakfast on the 2nd day - I forgot it was included on the first day!! maybe registration staff could have reminded me..." |

| "Coffee they serve in the main cafe is not impressive at all. Two of the three nights I stayed, water was stopped for the bath tub althouth the shower was available. Toilet paper, shampoo and memo pads, etc. were not well supplied, which might show their cost contaiment policies to the guests. But overall, reasonable price for the location. " |

| "The service was terrible. We arrived with a party of 3 (2 being older parents) with a load of luggage. We had to struggle through the entrance from the taxi with all the luggage by ourselves with no help. We walked in the find 4 door staff standing around talking amongst themselves totally ignoring us. Check in then took longer than it should have. There were people waiting to check in, not enough staff, and no one acknowledging the guest waiting to check in.
To have your room cleaned in a timely manner, you must turn on your "Make up room" light, otherwise your room is "de-prioritised" (direct quote from the hotel when asked why the room still wasn't made up a 4.00pm in the afternoon.
There is such a disregard for guests, the staff were not friendly or attentive and I would definitely never stay at the M Hotel again, nor recommend it to anyone. In fact we were so unhappy with our stay that we will actively be discouraging people to stay there." |

| "Very conveniently located near our office on Robinson Road. Internet access excellent. Only complaint was that the hotel was so busy at the weekend (24/25 Feb) that there were long queues for the breakfast room. " |

| "Having stayed at the hotel on business a couple of years ago I was happy to see that none of the hotels standards have slipped. It is easy to get to by taxi from the airport, close to the MRT so that getting to Orchard Road, Sentosa, Clarke Quay etc. is really easy. " |

| "I ordered a fresh filter coffee through room service which was quite costly (I think SG$7.00++) and it was just little more than one cup!
And, they now charge for internet use which in a hotel of this level and type at at such a cost should be be free to room guests.
But I guess I am used to Thai service and hospitlity.

| "We were kept awake most of the night from noise from other guests and cleaners - despite callling the conceirge to complain at 3am. Certainly not helpful when we had to catch an early flight. Also we ordered room service for breakfast and it arrived too late for us to eat it before having to leave to catch our flight. As such, we refused to pay for this when checking out causing a prolonged wait for someone in management to finally agree to cancel the charge. Unfortunately this meant that the taxi charged us for the waiting time anyway! Also worth noting is that the bathroom (in particular the shower) is rather compact so beware if you have mobility issues." |
