| "Ask for a harbour view-it overlooks the Merlion,the City,the Colonial part etc The breakfasts are superb with a huge range.Drinks in the hotel are quite pricey.
Connects through the arcades to City Hall(MRT)and the Raffles Arcade." |

| "Fantastic hotel! Great location if want to be close to attractions yet away from busy Orchard Road. Lovely staff. Breakfast unbelievable, you'll need at least an hour to get through all their delights!
Great pool area, with regular free treats, such as frozen strawberries and smoothies!
Will definately be back to Oriental hotel again.A bit pricey but definately worth it!" |

| "The buffet breakfast was the best I've ever had, in the world. It's well worth paying the extra to have breakfast included in your room rate. The service and food is unbelievably good but they are happy for you to wear shorts and T-shirts. They have a juice bar, eggs and pancake stall, freshly baked goods, a waffle stall, freshly made Indian, Chinese, Japanese and all types of European foods." |

| "The Mandarin was absolutely superb. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming, friendly with service that was superb. Just make sure you book your spa time before you travel - they are always full, so we didn't manage to fit in everything that we wanted. Couldn't recommend it more highly" |

| "This hotel is what you expect from Oriental...service is excellent from front desk to room service to door and waitstaff. Never a flub! I debated on a Marina location or Orchard location but glad I picked this location and hotel...good for walking, quiet and convenient (good hawkers venue close by if you are so inclined, I was). It's easy reach by cab or train to Orchard...also China Town, Little India. But I especially enjoyed the walking routes...stay there if price is not a factor...though it is not all that expensive given level of service, room size, food, etc and it nearly matches the Pen in BKK." |
