The Oriental Singapore is once again one of the best hotels in the city. I had a harbour view room which was excellent in size, design, and amenities. Plus, the view was breathtaking. The room's design is quite modern with a glass wall seperating the marble shower and bathroom from the bedroom. In addition, the room contained a dvd/cd player and surround system.
In my opinion this hotel is MUCH nicer than the Ritz-Carlton next door, which I stayed last year.

| "The staff at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Singapore are among the best I've seen. They are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing; it has a great varity of food selection from accross the region. The rooms, though not big, are wonderfully designed and decorated. Ask for a harbor view room, it has an amazing view of the harbor, the Mer-lion, and the city sky line. " |

| "Ask for a harbour view-it overlooks the Merlion,the City,the Colonial part etc The breakfasts are superb with a huge range.Drinks in the hotel are quite pricey.
Connects through the arcades to City Hall(MRT)and the Raffles Arcade." |
