| "I will say this simply .........this is not a good hotel to stay at ........save your money and go somewhere else.
This would have to be one of the worst hotels i have ever used" |

| "Excellent hotel in a great location, close to the underground station at city hall and to the waterfront. Shops every where ! Only problem was that in room 902 we found the pianist kept us awake until the early hours !!
You must visit Raffles for the unlimited Bollinger Brunch in the Billiard Room. It's worth every penny and the Bollinger is free flowing !! EXcellent service at the hotel pool and a great hotel overall." |

| "WE stayed on the way to Australia and back.
Our rooms were far superior on our first visit.
We had booked similar on the way back ie a double and twin adjoined but just got two twin rooms not adjoined..and much smaller.
Request rooms overlooking the pool as they are good." |

| "Very efficient check in and check out.
Amazing Atrium and good restaurant facilities. The hotel is very nice and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
We cannot really fault it. However, the room interior seem a little 'tired', but that shouldn't put any one off from staying as it was very clean.

| "This is our fifth time in the last year staying in this hotel and we have tried other hotels in the surrounding area. We love it and kept coming back there because of its location is convenient to the river, yet far enough from the noisy and busy Orchard road, yet not that far if we want to go to Orchard road. The room is spacious and the service is quite good. Only a few things if one is on a tight morning schedule. On the weekend, the lovely sumptuous breakfast is great, except the waiting could be a long one. If one is on a schedule, I'm afraid you'd have to miss it. I rated mediocre on romantic, simply because we never really had a special romantic package which I'm sure they can arrange and it would be worth a try. On business, I'm not sure if internet is free. | "For a 5 star hotel we were rather dissapointed as there was no wow factor on entering the room.We requested late check out and were accomodated, but only until 1400 hrs (our flight left at 20.00 hrs) and the room had twin beds instead of a double.Although the room was clean, the shower had mould in the corners and the bathroom mat was already wet.
The breakfast however, was very good with a huge choice to suit everybody's tastes which was included in the cost.
I will book through Asia rooms again as there booking service was excellent.

| "This hotel has a reputation as one of the finest in asia. Suppose because of the atrium. For anything else it is no better than other hotels. We had to ask for a better room because at first we were supposed to sleep on a kind of camping-bed that could be folded back into the closet. The breakfast room has the charme of a cantine. Everything else was ok." |
