The Hotel is situated in a Central location,30mins from the Airport and within easy access to the main shopping Malls, one being linked to the Hotel. If the Hotel hasn't what you need, you're certain to find it in Suntec Shopping Mall next door. Orchard road is 10 mins by Taxi, for even more choice.
The Hotel reception is excellent, with a personal escort for checking in and being shown to the room.
The room is reasonably sized and very comfortable, but I've stayed in better 5 star rooms.
For $164 a night, 5 star Hotel I would expect the room to have free internet facilities, not chargeable. The only other gripe, is that you have to pay to use the Sauna and Steam room, which have been separated from the Fitness Center and lumped in with a Beauty Shop!!
Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice for all Nationalities and even the bar food was reasonable.
I'd recommend the Hotel.

| "Loved the location, walking distance to the Marina and all the shops.
The evening buffet at this hotel was 56 SGD and worth every penny. Everything from prawns to lobster - asian food, western food amazing deserts and all of it made to perfection.
Service was excellent. Bathrooms huge and spotless. Would definitly stay again." |

| "Excellent hotel in a great location, close to the underground station at city hall and to the waterfront. Shops every where ! Only problem was that in room 902 we found the pianist kept us awake until the early hours !!
You must visit Raffles for the unlimited Bollinger Brunch in the Billiard Room. It's worth every penny and the Bollinger is free flowing !! EXcellent service at the hotel pool and a great hotel overall." |
