| "We stayed here for 1 night at this aqua room. The room was spacious, clean & beautiful design. I also happy that there is a turn-down service in the evening. But we have a sleepless night, as there is a loud music coming from the hotel bar (Majestic bar) till early morning. The water heater is another problem for us, as we might not get a hot/warm water as and when we required. The staff service was horrible, as far as i know the hotel standard check-out time is 12:00PM. But we received a call at 11:40AM to remind us that we need to check-out now where we had requested a late check-out at 12:30PM & agreed by them. The breakfast was very simple & limited choice." |

| "New Majestic was one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to an aquarium room as we are honeymooners. I did all the research before booking, as I was intent in staying in a luxury design hotel. The New Majestic did not dissapoint! We arrived at 2am after a delayed flight & there were donuts waiting for us in our room to ward off the midnight hunger. Plush Ploh bedding, Kiehls toiletries & complimentary San Pellegrino and Coke. We took advantage of the fabulous pool & even dropped by next door to check out the Majestic Bar. Even though we were travelling with our 1 year old, the staff made us feel like part of the family & even toured us around some of the other designers rooms of the hotel. We can't wait to return to Singapore & make a holiday of it next time rather than a 2 night stop over. An absolutely fantastic place for those of you that are seeking something a little more challenging in a hotel!" |

| "Already tired of normal hotels and been searching over the websites in looking for hip-hop or designer hotel in SG. In fact, there isnt too many but i finally get this one.
Belongs to the same group of Hotel 1929, u could expected to see a lot of designer chairs and also unique design of each room. I hv chosen a party room which is Pink and Deep blue tone color. Walking into the room and already see the big bath tub being set in the middle and with huge windows. Guarantee to see it from your bed and from the front. The feeling is really weird but amazing. The room is very spacious and with a balcony.
Service is ok but the choice of food is limited. Location is a problem if you are looking for a shopping area coz it is located in China Town area which a lot of taxi driver may not know the exact location.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel for those who are looking for designer/ boutique hotel. A must to all boutique hotel explorer." |
