| "The hotel was good and the service was fair. The only problem we had was the transfer to the hotel. The hotel told me that it will cost not more than SD30 but when we got to the hotel the driver's charge was SD50. " |

| "The Orchard Hotel was overall a nice hotel. The hallways could use a little updating but overall, very nice. I may be a little biased on the negative end because the room I was assigned was at the very end of the hallway overlooking the top of the waterfall feature which was pipes and concrete. Not a good view so the relaxing features of a nice poolside view was missing. We didn't stay in the room much so that wasn't a big factor, but if we were there to relax moreso than to sightsee, I would have requested a different room. Hotel management may want to consider upgrading/modifying this room's view as some other guest will have to see the same thing. Breakfast was lovely! The entertainment was pretty good in the lobby lounge. Overall above average I would say. Great value for the location, but I wouldn't rate it superb - but very good!!" |

we would also recomend it highly to anyone who is travelling to Singapore and we will also stay there again next time we visit Singapore.
It was a very pleasant experience and you are to be highly recomended on the level of every aspect of customer service which we received from your staff.
We got the impression that they all enjoyed their jobs to the point that the impression which we received was that it was not a job to them but a way of life and their mission in life was to please people. never before have we experienced such a igh level of service and comfort in a hotel,we enjoyed every minute of our stay.
Thank you for letting us enjoy the experience. " |
