My room was a superior room which included breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean. However, the toilet did not flush properly and I thought that the toiletries were minimal. I a mini tooth brush, toothpaste etc might be a good idea for those travellers who have had their baggage delayed. There were no instructions on how to operate the shower system which had an overhead shower as well as one attached to the wall. A guest has to get soaking wet before working out which handles were the ones to operate.
Powdered milk to add to tea should be changed - milk pots should be available in the fridge. There was no complimentary drinking water (which I think should be standard practice in a superior room).
