Dear Sir/ Madam, I booked the Orchard Hotel on behalf of Mrs Patricia Hughes based on the tour I was given of the rooms and of the information I was supplied by the hotel desk staff. I was shown a standard room which had been newly refurbished. I was told that all rooms had been refurbished in this way. The room was lovely. On this basis I made a boooking at Orchard Hotel for Mrs Hughes. Unfortunately, upon asking whether the room was as nice as I had thought it would be, Mrs Hughes informed me that the room she had was certainly not newly refurbished and quite ordinary. It was clean but not new as I had expected. As you can imagine I am very disappointed about this. I went to a lot of trouble to find a suitable hotel and I was confident, after the tour I was given, that Orchard was the right choice. I should be grateful for a full explanation as I will not make another booking through your website unless I get a satisfactory answer.
