Lovely hotel. Very nicely decorated, and very clean. Food nice in the restaurant (we went there for breakfast only).
Location is very good as it is at the top of Orchard Road. A two minute walk and you are at the shops of Orchard Road.
The one bad thing about this hotel is the way it is managed. The customer service is pretty awful. The staff are not flexible in any way. One of the people in the restaurant (at breakfast) was rude - giving one word rude replies (NO!) to requests for more drink, etc.
If you ask them for them to make goodwill gestures, you can forget it!! When complaining to a member of staff, I was met with smiles/laughs (maybe they didn't understand their 1st language I was speaking - English!)
Altogether, I probably wouldn't stay there again, unless it was run under a different management. Hotel interior lovely, staff not so lovely!
